Chloe is a truly remarkable young woman whose strength and resilience inspire everyone around her. Despite facing significant challenges from a young age, her spirit shines brightly — fuelled by her incredible adoptive parents’ unwavering love and dedication.
Following a personal injury shortly after birth which left her with severe cerebral palsy, Chloe’s early life was filled with obstacles. She was diagnosed with poor eyesight, limited muscle development, and restricted mobility — leading medical professionals at the time to believe she might never speak, appearing to write off her interaction with people and the world entirely.
